My good buddy Max told me about General Shimon Erem passing away recently. From what he described to me, it seems he was quite a guy! He beat back terrorists and hunted down Nazi war criminals without end. In 1967, when all odds were stacked against him during the 6 Day War, when he saw a miracle which was to his advantage, he acted fast, and defeated the enemies of Israel. Now, I've worked with Jews, and these people are very smart. I'm saddened to hear about their loss.
